How it works
I work as part of your business, on site or remote, for a fixed monthly fee. No placement fees. Candidates prefer to hear from the employer directly, and with me they do.
Many businesses already rely on a part-time accountant or bookkeeper. Recruitment can work the same way: planned, consistent and handled by someone who understands your business, rather than addressed only when a vacancy arises.

Getting started
Not sure yet? I'll recruit your first vacancy as your in-house recruiter on a fixed fee, paid only if I'm successful. If it works for you, we talk about a monthly package.

Questions
I work as part of your business, recruiting under your company name for a fixed monthly fee, with no placement fees, so candidates deal directly with you.
In part, yes: you have an experienced recruiter for a set number of days each month, without a full-time salary. The difference is that I'm embedded in your business, recruiting under your company name as part of your team, so candidates deal with you from the first call.
I can usually start soon after our first conversation, once we've agreed your days. How long a hire takes depends on the role and the market, so I'll give you a realistic timeframe for each vacancy at the start and keep you updated throughout.
Your business does. All candidate records, pipelines and talent pools belong to you, and stay with you if our arrangement ends.
Yes. I offer two or four days a month, and extra days can be added in busier months by agreement. You can adjust or end the arrangement with one month's notice.
We'll talk it through openly and agree any changes needed. If it's still not the right fit, it can be ended with no penalty. You can also try me on a single vacancy first, paid only if I'm successful, before committing to a monthly package.
