Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information Embedded Talent Partner collects, why, and what your rights are. Last updated: October 2026.
Embedded Talent Partner is run by Lorraine Wintle, a sole trader based in Gloucestershire. I'm responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact me at lorraine@embeddedtalentpartner.co.uk or on 07891 024689.
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it doesn't load anything from third parties. Like any website, it is hosted by a web hosting provider (Porkbun), whose servers may briefly log technical information such as your IP address to keep the site running securely.
When I recruit as part of a client's business, the candidate information belongs to that client. The client decides how it's used, and their own privacy notice applies. I process it only on their behalf and following their instructions, and any talent pool I build for them remains theirs.
I never sell your information, and I don't use it for marketing without your agreement.
I keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together. Client and financial records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes. Candidate information I hold for a client is returned to the client or deleted when our work together ends.
Only where needed: for example, with a client when you apply for one of their roles, my email and IT providers, my booking provider (Calendly) when you book a call, my accountant, or where the law requires it.
I use secure, password-protected systems and only keep the information I need.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it's used, and to have it transferred. To use any of these rights, just email me. I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, please contact me first so I can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
